Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon garlic-infused olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger root, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, or to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Stir honey, soy sauce, Sriracha, oil, ginger, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
  2. Spread chicken in the bottom of a slow cooker. Add cornstarch and toss to coat. Pour honey-soy mixture over top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  3. Cook on Low until chicken is tender, no longer pink in the centers, and juices run clear, 3 to 4 hours.
