Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Earl Grey tea leaves
  • ½ teaspoon dried lavender
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. Steep Earl Grey tea and lavender in boiling water for about 3 minutes; strain tea into a cup.
  2. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until frothy and steaming, 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Pour hot milk, honey, and vanilla extract into tea.
If you have a steamer, you can use that for the milk instead of steaming on the stovetop.
